9. From Dec 2007 to May 2008, I have been TI (TaiWan) for production support, Following are the support history:a. For CPFD cases support on job training with TI(TaiWan) team, Dec 2007b. “Hot Switch” Production support project co-work with TI (TaiWan)chi flat iron team, Nov –Dec 2007c. “DIB Check” Production support project created and co-work with TITL team, Dec 2007d. CPFD cases on Job training with TsinShu (TaiWan) team, May 2008.TI project polo shirts transfer case co-work with ADC (SH) team, Jan 2008.NOTE:1, “Hot Switch” Description: From production support experiment, I found most customer’s test program have weakness in using with the DC instrument. The weakness is “Hot Switch” which should impact the system’s MTBF. According to the cause reason, chi flat iron create the production support project to solve the “Hot Switch” issues. 2, “DIB Check” Description: From support experiment, I found some failure is not caused by the program or chi dazzle system, which root hair straighteners cause is the any components in the DIB lose function, but nothing Check tool are covered the DIB, So here involving the DIB check concept.3, CPFD Description: It is the first alpha from following words “Check Pass Fail chi hair straighteners Device” which found all customer in production. The reason of it is complex. Most of them were solved by case by case. 10 From May 2008, to end of Y2008, Support FSL FT02 solve 90% of the CPFD cases, Created new concept to check J750 system weakness in pattern driver and achieve first version as check program name at “PatternCheck”.
